Back To School Programs

Changing Lives for Students and sending them back to school prepared in Rural Appalachia.

Two young girls hugging at a table in a classroom relying on back to school programs.

Do you remember how much fun it was to get new school supplies when you were a child?

Parents want their children to have everything they need for a good education. But for families living with poverty in rural Appalachia, access to basic materials can be inaccessible.

At Mission of Hope, we provide backpacks, school supplies, and hygiene for over 10,000 elementary school students across rural Appalachia. To keep back to school programs like this one going, we need your help.

Teachers tell us:
This program helps all their kids start the new school year on an equal plane and they are so excited when they get these NEW supplies.

A donation of $10 will provide a new backpack and supplies to a very deserving student.
