Bridge of Hope

Yesterday, a group of MOH volunteers had the opportunity to go and build the second Bridge of Hope ramp of the season.

This build was not just about tearing down an old, rotting ramp and building a new one for the man and his daughter who lived there. It was also a powerful testimony of what God can accomplish and is currently doing for us all.

Our words and actions offered this gentleman safe access to his home, which allowed him to experience not only physical but also spiritual freedom.

Please join us in praying for this branch of our ministry and the families it touches. We ask for your prayers for the gentleman we had the privilege to meet yesterday, so that he will soon know Jesus personally.

Here is a message that we wanted to share that our volunteers received from the daughter:

I know I thanked you and your crew for the ramp before you left my Dads house today, but that simply just isn’t enough. I want to thank you all again from the bottom of my heart for your much-appreciated time, work and mostly for the prayer we had and how you ALL treated my Dad and I. Since my Dad had 2 strokes back in December 2022, he hasn’t felt comfortable trying to conversate with others outside our immediate family- but you and your crew made my Daddy feel comfortable again talking with strangers- ya’ll are family now ❤️ I know he was hard to understand, but you all talked with him as if he didn’t lack his speech at all. The kindness, encouraging words and talks about Jesus really uplifted he and I both. Not only did you leave us with a functional ramp for my Dad, but each of you that came today have forever left a mark on our hearts. I’m so thankful for you all and the Mission of Hope- I received a huge blessing just watching you all work for Jesus and spread his goodness with my Dad. There’s just not enough words to describe the amount of gratefulness. We are so blessed to have gotten to meet you and your crew- you all love like Jesus and it certainly shows. I’m also thankful for Mrs. Kathy at ALQI, she played a huge part in helping make this happen for my Dad. She too, is wonderful, I can’t say enough good things about her. She has the biggest heart for helping others. Again, thank each of you for such a wonderful day of blessings. May God bless each of you abundantly ❤️

We are so grateful for the MOH ministry branch of Bridge of Hope and for the blessings that is has brought to all those involved.
