Soup for the hope.

Greetings Dear Friends…From The HOPE.

We are so truly grateful to have your friendship. Bless you for continuing to deem our humble Appalachian Relief Ministry, the Mission of Hope, worthy of your friendship and support.

I have an exciting idea I’d like for you to consider. Could we possibly encourage you to consider having a “Soup For The Hope” collection at your Church, Company, Civic Group, Etc? This would also perhaps be a wonderful opportunity for an evening of fellowship as well.

We would like to focus on the following three food items: Soup, Crackers, and Peanut Butter. We would be glad to loan you our Big Blue Barrels to assist with your collection, if you need them. And here’s another neat idea…you may even have a Soup Dinner Social and have your collection that evening. What a great way to spend time together with your Friends.

As I write this letter, I wanted to share with you about the increasing number of food requests we are receiving from the numerous Mountain Ministry Centers and Elementary Schools, which we are so privileged to serve and assist in the various Rural Appalachian Communities that we go to. That’s why we truly welcome your help.

If you need additional information please feel free to call the Mission of Hope office at (865) 584-7571 or you can reach us by e-mail at [email protected].

Thank You For What You Do Each And Every Day To Help Us…Extend True HOPE.
